Dropping

At night, the woods are haunted by beasts, who are basically various horrors. Some are corrupted animals, some are Silent Hill-style monstrosities, some are mutated creatures from legend, and many are revenants, shades who have been corrupted by the Spill. When a character drops, they may become a revenant. No trace of their personality will remain, although those that aren't shambling zombies may retain the memories of the person they used to be. They can be seen in the woods at night and we reserve the right to do whatever we feel like with them -- their personality no longer exists, so it would just be playing with their body and possibly their memories if we really felt like fucking with people. If you are absolutely 100% opposed to this, that's fine, just tell us and we'll respect that.

For the teammates who remain behind, you have the option of having memory of dropped characters start to fade. This is essentially to keep characters from falling completely into despair and becoming unplayable. How fast or slow this happens depends on how you want to play it. You can have them instantly completely forgotten or play out the memories slowly slipping. If you'd rather not, you can have them not forget at all, or only forget partially.

There is no such thing as a good end drop here, nor will there be for the foreseeable future. If you want to drop, comment here with the character(s) you're dropping and their teams.
